Watermark Data Fields

Data that is entered into Watermark will dynamically update the information contained within individual faculty profile pages.

The following fields can be directly updated by faculty members using Watermark:

Research Interests

  • Watermark Screen and Field: Biography and Expertise > Research/Scholarship Interests
  • Instructions: Add/edit a brief paragraph to describe your research interests.

Other Interests

  • Watermark Screen and Field: Biography and Expertise > Other Interests
  • Instructions: Add/edit a brief paragraph to describe your interests outside of teaching and research.

Courses Taught

  • Watermark Screen and Field: Biography and Expertise > Notable Courses Taught
  • Instructions: Add/edit a list of regularly taught or notable courses.

Awards

  • Watermark Screen and Field: Awards, Honors, and Honor Societies
  • Instructions: Open the screen and select which awards you would like to display.

Certifications and Licensures

  • Watermark Screen and Field: Professional Licensures and Certifications
  • Instructions: Open the screen and select which certifications/licensures you would like to display.

Publications

  • Watermark Screen and Field: Publications
  • Instructions: The web profile is configured to display works that are published. Open the screen and select what published works you would like to appear.

Leadership

  • Watermark Screen and Field: Professional Service
  • Instructions: The web profile is configured to display records that you indicated were leadership related. Open the screen and select which records you would like to display.

To share an item on a faculty profile, toggle the Yes button under "Allow Sharing""On several screens, you can select what records you would like to display on your faculty profile page. Open each screen and under the “Allow Sharing” column, make sure you have selected “Yes.” If you select “No,” the record will not display.
